It was cosy, gorgeous and with a boiler.

spent 1 night here with my wife, had a really comfortable stay overall. i stayed in the king room, the room was cosy and generous-sized. the location was great and magnificent - easy walk to everywhere i wanted to go.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

The room was spacious, with a charming balcony where I could relax and enjoy the cute view. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after long days of exploring, and there were complimentary drinks and snacks that added a thoughtful touch! Plus, the location was perfect, just a stroll away from everything in town.

No breakfast option.

The rooms were big and cozy, they come with couch and coffee, as example. The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a Roman Catholic cathedral...

The staff was wonderful. Beautiful setting. The restaurant they directed us to was great.

Trying to find the hotel is a challenge, as well as parking, although we were able to leave our car in their private lot for a small fee.

I loved the spacious Superior Double Room with a charming balcony where I enjoyed quiet moments overlooking the quaint surroundings. The attention to detail in the room decor, especially with the complimentary refreshments that added a personal touch. Plus, the location was unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major attractions.

Our stay was amazing, especially the cozy room with a lovely balcony and charming decor 😍 The air conditioning was great for comfort, but parking could've been clearer.

I thought it was really ridiculous that they charged 5 Euro to turn on the air conditioner. Do they charge for heat in the winter?

Valentina and staff warm and welcoming. Very helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast which was too much to eat and included lots of fresh fruit. Decided to stay longer than planned and would come again.

Ideal Central Location, Modern Bathroom Facilities, Charming Room Decor

The noise from common areas could be a problem, especially if you're seeking peace!!! There were also difficulties with establishing Wi-Fi connections, which might frustrate those needing reliable internet!!!

The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice window out to the street.

The breakfast that is included is nothing more than a cup of coffee or tea with some bread. Hardly what you think of when you book a b&B. You have to pay more if you want more. We decided if we were to pay more we'd go to a cafe that specializes in food preparation. The shower was very small, I'm 5'10" and about 160 so if it was small for me it would be difficult for a larger person.

we stayed here before, always large rooms with a boiler. a mini bar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and climate control turned out to be good. location: the hotel was short walk to square nearby "la mamma angelica " and historic area of orvieto and taxi arrangements for a trip to the winery and to the train station.
